Assistant Outreach
Saba Maarif serves as Assistant Outreach at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Islamabad. She specializes in outreach coordination, event management, stakeholder communication, documentation, and youth engagement.
Her responsibilities include organizing academic events, maintaining institutional records, coordinating with interns and partner organizations, and supporting initiatives that strengthen institutional collaboration.
She holds a BS in Economics from COMSATS University Islamabad, where her research examined the potential economy-wide impact of the Pakistan–ASEAN Free Trade Agreement. Her multidisciplinary experience also includes software quality assurance, digital marketing, and social media management.
